My heightened emotional sensitivity and attentiveness to social dynamics have been both a blessing and a challenge through life. I have a rich inner world. And that has led me to deeply explore my own mind and spirit through meditation and self-inquiry. These are now my primary spiritual practices. And my core means of serving others. I'm here to uplift the world. With kindness, patience, a fierce dedication to unconditional love, and a radical confidence in our innate freedom from suffering
