Katharine is the liaison between the Swannanoa River Rights and BMBTC. Tom recommended using Black Mountain (Montreat College) as a small (successful) demo for measuring/keeping biodiversity constant. Kevin has sent background to Amy. We are awaiting her opinion. | |||
