First Asset Map questions to the St. Ann’s team and initial definition of stakeholder and partner and the difference and the asset map.
Who do we know on Affordable Housing Resources or who works with them? This is a stakeholder; they have power, influence, validity and access to resources. Our partners who care about East Side want the help they can give, and to know who THEY partner with and where they work. https://ahrhousing.org/about-us/in-the-news/
The asset map is made up of stakeholders and partners, issues, systemic problems etc. I’d like to ask more questions, if you are open to it as I start research. No more than two or three a week. No need to have the answers soon. But the east side housing values will be going up and people in affordable housing can be expected to be at risk of being displaced by gentrification. What is the new East Side’s commitment to keeping housing affordable going forward?
