The first people that come to mind for assets in East Nashville are Marsha Edwards, CEO of Martha O'bryan Center, Will Acuff founder Corner to Corner, NOAH and Pathway Lending the local CDFI -  Clint Gwin is the CEO. I am happy to jump on a call sometime to further discuss. I am heading  to Maui on Tuesday so I can jump  on a call Monday or can do something the second week of March.
