- Landback is a movement of ceding land back to the indigenous tribes in the United States from whom it was stolen.
The Sogorea Te Land Trust [[1]] is the indigenous women led group that partnered with Movement Generation for the 43 acre project. The Sogorea Te Land Trust has also gotten five other parcels in the East Bay.
