First philanthropic investment portfolio will be the existing and incoming Community Equity Fund sole proprietors on a path to becoming job creators.

The platform is a partnership of the Impact Assets new, very low cost, more democratic entry way to having a sub account at a donor advised fund, and Eagle Market Streets, as a trusted fiscal sponsor intermediary to let the money be philanthropically invested when people have gathered together $5,000 from among themselves or friends and family to give to invest in something locally; this platform is local, and sometimes reaching out in North Carolina for things to invest in.

In the pipeline are Guaranteed from Seed biomedicinals from Warren Wilson, and others in biomedicinal industry. The Watershed Fund also wants to invest in Black farmers and other minority farmers.
