Neighborhood Economics has built a fund with Eagle Market Streets CDC to do zero interest small expansion $10,000 philanthropic investment (give to invest) loans from the Impact Assets CataCap platform for local farm to table farmers and student entrepreneurs in the Warren Wilson Student Entrepreneur pilot project from Warren Wilson.
Stephanie Swepson Twitty and Eagle will host the fund and take a management fee for due diligence and underwriting. [[Neighborhood Economics] gets a fee for engagement and business development. The college will get a part of the management fee for providing technical assistace to the student entrepreneurs.
