Here is a quick mapping of my proposed "milk coin," or a voucher backed by milk. We already do this in effect, in that we (farmers) buy our fertilizer by issuing milk vouchers (account payables) with the Norco Agriculture store (Agri Solutions) and they hand them to their Milk processor who redeems them for milk each month. To expand this out to the community who want to support their farmers, would mean that we use our vouchers to pay our workers, they spend them around town, and ultimately redeem them for products at the local Norco Agriculture store, located in every small town in my area.

One could use these "milk coins" as carbon accounting markers, in that the farmers which reduce the most carbon might have a currency that is worth a little bit more, or one that they can issue a bit more. Hence supply would be tied to their bottom line in carbon. You would need other entities to manage the supply of the currency to ensure it didn't lose its value and that everyone was on a win-win outcome, designed to achieve the goals of the community of architects.
