Riparian river cane

I am, with a combination of indigenous guidance and land trust experts exploring launching a granting of rights of nature to the Eastern band Cherokee to maintain and have access to the river cane on the flood way of our farm as we set up a situation where it would be bought by either the county park system or a non profit as a greenway. So those rights would be transferred into u.s. government ownership, but retain essential elements of tribal sovereignty through what they call a trust agreement intersecting with a land trust. Landback is a layered multicultural reality.
I am told it will probably look like this. Link [1]
