Bishop George Matthews - Oakland, CA. [[Patrick Duggan][ worked with him to redevelop the Genesis Worship Center's 2-story church fellowship hall into transitional housing for Returning Citizens. The church receives county funding for wrap-around services that church staff and volunteers provide. Strong partnerships with local gov't. I have copied him on thus email.
